  6. TeeHandler performs a similar function as the UNIX utility
  7. 'tee', that is, it takes a single input stream and outputs
  8. it to several files and the standard output (Shell) at the
  9. same time.

  11. TeeHandler is a DOS Device Handler like PIPE:, AUX:, PRT:,
  12. etc, and is very small (less than 2K).
